Functional Skills; Literacy Compound sentences: Literacy material developed around the Cambridge Progression Award. Interactive fill in the text, drag and drop, scenarios, images, possible videos and self-assessment. Horticulture; Prepare ground for sowing or planting: Navigation around a virtual site with supporting images to identify differences between soils and planting. The learning journey will include pop ups for additional information, practice questions and a self-assessment. Catering and Hospitality; A-Z Recipes Guide: A library of recipes will be collated and loaded into an A-Z Guide built in course lab with supporting images where possible. The guide will be created giving the option to extend and add new recipes.
